The glittering lilies are trumpet-shaped and face outward, exposing bright yellow pollen. You can plant the exotic plant near a patio or in flower beds and borders. The low maintenance plant with long-lasting blooms can be planted in groups of 3 for an attractive display. It is one of the oldest lilies that have been known to be found in ancient Crete and Egypt.
Throughout the growing season, water it enough to keep the soil evenly moist but not soggy. Once it has established itself, wait for the soil to be almost dry before watering it again.
Cut back the leaves and stems when they turn yellow post the flowering season.
A water-soluble fertilizer can be fed twice a month throughout the growing season. Mulch in summer and winter.
Cold Hardiness: USDA zones 6-9.
