I 100% agree with the statement that pesticides are destroying our bodies. It seems we have to be EXTRA careful to put only good quality things in our bodies…and its pretty hard these days. It seems all the stores only carry pesticide ridden products unless you go to specific stores like Whole Foods or Trader Joes. I think the best bet is to go to the local farmers markets. You will find organic, fresh!! Foods there….at much cheaper prices too.

I have cats, and will always try to give them the healthiest foods. Don’t forget about a good filtered water. Their bodies are so small, less junk in the water and food can really affect them.

I am so sorry to hear about your dog. It is incredibly hard when we lose a four legged family member.

About your question, I don’t think that the three weeks since your husband sprayed is enough time for the cancer to grow. I am not a medical doctor, so I don’t know all the specifics. It just doesn’t seem like a long enough time span. However, Round Up is really bad stuff. I don’t think, in this case, it was the cause of your dogs cancer but synthetic pesticides and herbicides have been known to cause cancer and other health related problems. Instead of using it try something a little less harsh like vinegar or boiling water to kill the weeds. It may take a little more time and effort but in the long run, it is worth it.

We just had to put our dog to sleep due to an enlarged liver. My husband sprayed the weeds with Round up two or three weeks ago. Our dog was fine up until a few weeks ago when she decided she didn’t want to eat her dog food. We had no idea she was sick we just thought she didn’t like that brand of dog food any more. We took her to the Vet on Friday and she had lost a lot of weight since her last visit. She tested enemic so they did several tests on her. They finally said she had an enlarged liver and an enlarged splen due to an aggresive liver cancer. Do you think there is any chance that the round up that was sprayed on the weds could of caused the Liver cancer?

I liked your article and applaude you for getting this information out, as easy as it was to read-there are still people out there who may be ignorant and still not fully understand this information.
