You guys have very valid points! I am studying environmental science and have learned so much it’s amazing! I found a cleansing document on the internet that is amazing. I have researched the benefits of cleansing and one of the benefits is that you get rid of many toxins in your body through cleansing including the toxins from pesticides! The site is thegoodwitch.ca. Buying organic or growing your own food is the best. But we also need to get rid of what is already in our bodies.

Pesticides are EVERYWHERE…and no, you cant just wash off your fruit or veggies, its INSIDE the fruit/veggie…you need to buy organic to 100% avoid it. Sad…i think all grocery items should come FREE of harmful chemicals.
