While a flowering tree is always a good choice, why not think about growing your favorite fruits. You get all the wonderful benefits of a regular tree with the added treat of enjoying your favorite fruits.

While there are a lot of easy fruits to grow, apples seem to have the most success in a variety of climates. They even do well here in the dry, arid, desert. However, keep in mind that many fruit trees need another tree nearby to pollinate with.
