Look what I grew:
Dill is a fantastic herb that can be used in a variety of ways. Not only does it go well with chicken and fish but it is also great when used with eggs in omelets and a number of different dips. One of my favorite ways to use dill is with smoked salmon. The two flavors compliment each other well and is an excellent combination especially with cream cheese or sour cream.
Dill also puts the bite in pickles.
If you are looking for a great flavor, that is a tasty addition to any plate, consider dill. It is easy to grow and is a perfect candidate for drying.
