GardenMandy’s Quick Tip Of The Day: Neem Oil For Ants

I wanted to share with you all a little something I discovered yesterday. I was out in my garden spraying my parsley with neem for the aphids when I discovered a line of ants invading my banana tree. Because I had the neem in my hand I decided to give it a try and sure enough the any were gone this morning. So just as another option for ants, neem oil works great.

Hello Mandy,
Nice website you have here. Very interesting. Congrats!
We are growing a small veggy garden in Segovia, Spain, and I have noticed that the ants will help you get rid of weeds, since they will remove the seeds of the patch. As long as you only seed directly big seeds like courgettes and beans and you keep the ants away from your seeding site, of course
Thank you for sharing your experiences. I will follow your posts closely.
