I am going to put this site in favorites and try some of this stuff…. Not sure if you have already said this but if your sink is clogged… Baking soda in the sink drain followed by vinegar… Works!

Used teabags, before they go into the soil as you advise, are also good for giving the garden furniture a quick wipe … sort of like disposal scrubbies. If they rupture so what? it’s just leaves inside!

Hi Teri,
Good choice kicking the soda habit. I was addicted to it for years when I was a teenager. I can’t begin to tell you how much better I feel and how much better my skin looks. It is just not worth it between sodium and corn syrup. Yuck!

Diluted vinegar is also a good alternative to chemical window cleaners. And don’t forget to use your newspaper instead of paper towels: still recyclable and doesn’t leave any streaks.
