Organic food!! I think we should all try really hard to get more natural foods, especially organic natural foods like fruits/veggies/nuts/seeds into our bodies! The rates of cancers, heart disease, etc, will go WAAAAAYYYY down! I guarantee it... go to farmer's markets if you cant afford grocery store prices. You will ge the "freshest" possible foods at the lowest prices, so it makes sense, right? I think most people know organic is better, of course they realize that, but its so inconvenient to go out of your way and usually pay extra too...but its what our bodies require to stay in tip top heathy condition.
